Enrich your research and learning
The Division of Graduate Studies fosters collaboration among graduate students and campus resources to enrich the student research and learning occurring across our campus. Whether we are providing financial support, presenting professional development workshops, or offering support for student conferences, our role is to provide a unified experience throughout your graduate studies.
Travel, Research and Creative Activity Fund (IAF)
The Intercollegiate Academics Fund (IAF) is a yearly allocation that exists to promote and support intercollegiate academic experiences for our students. Specifically, the IAF supports students in two ways: 1) through a travel fund and 2) through a research and creative activity fund.
Graduate Studies Conference Fund
The Graduate Studies Opportunity Fund provides graduate students with travel support when traveling for conference purposes. Awards of up to $300 per student per academic year are available.
You could earn credit from your prior learning experiences
Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) is now an option for graduate students.
All students on a thesis or dissertation track must submit their work to the Division of Graduate Studies for review and final approval. Questions? Contact the Thesis Reviewer at gradwriting@uni.edu.
