How do I know my application is complete and all materials are on file?

You can log into your application and check status of your letters of rec or other documents on the Application Attachments screen. If you are a current UNI student, you can login to MyUniverse Student Center and check your To Do List on the right side of the screen. Any pending application documents should be listed there. However, if you are still completing your degree, you will see Final University Transcript w/ Degree remain on your To Do List until you have graduated. That item will not prevent you from being admitted, but final transcripts should be on file before you start classes at UNI.

When will I learn whether I have been accepted into graduate studies at UNI?

Once the program has completed their review and processed your application, you will receive an email update from the Dean of the College of Graduate, Research and Online Education with further instructions. In the meantime, you can contact the graduate program secretary or gradcollege@uni.edu for further updates.

Can I update or replace documents in my application at this point?

After you have submitted your application and uploaded all required documents, your application will be marked as complete. If you need to replace or update any documents at that point, please send as attachments to admissionsprocessing@uni.edu and include your CATID in the subject line.

Will funding be offered to me automatically after I complete my admission app?

[No, funding must be applied for separately (graduate assistantships and scholarships or Financial Aid). An offer of admission does not include an offer of funding, nor is it implied. Students will be notified separately of any funding they might receive.
