E-MAIL 
All students, faculty, and staff are provided with an email account hosted by Google Apps for Education.  All University communications will be sent to your UNI email address so it is important that it is checked often. Review email information at https://it.uni.edu/services/email

HEALTH REQUIREMENT FORM – MANDATORY
New graduate students will need to provide their completed Mandatory Health Requirement Form to the Student Health Clinic prior to September 5, 2017. If students are not in compliance, a $30 fee will be assessed and a hold will be placed on the students' account preventing them from registering for any following semester.  If you attended UNI for your undergraduate program you should have already provided this information.  For information regarding this requirement, including exemptions, review health.uni.edu/health.uni.edu/requirements

ID CARD - UNI
Your UNI ID card https://dor.uni.edu/idcard/ will be used across campus for identification and validating privilege use at the dining centers, library, athletic and performance events, the Wellness Recreation Center and for electronic access doors. Initial ID cards are given at no cost. Replacements are available for a $25 fee.  You can get your ID card in the Department of Residence which is located in Redeker Center (See Campus Map).

MYUNIVERSE AND STUDENT CENTER
MYUNIverse is a personalized Web portal that UNI students, faculty, and staff use to access and update their personal records at https://it.uni.edu/services/myuniverse  Your Student Center in MyUNIverse is your academic management tool. This includes registration, billing and financial aid, academic progress report (degree audit), and much more. Review Student Center Help at http://www.uni.edu/sis/content/student-center-help  for detailed information. Login to MyUNIverse with your CatID to view your personal records and access administrative systems.

PAYING YOUR UNIVERSITY BILL 
Find information including the process and schedule for paying your University Bill (U-Bill) at the Office of Business Operations at https://obo.uni.edu/student-accounts   For Fall Semester the first due date is August 20.  For detailed U-Bill information review the You Tube Tutorials which include “Introduction to the U-Bill for New Students and Parents,” “How to View the U-Bill,” “Who to Access the Account Activity,” “How to Pay the U-Bill by E-Check,” “How to Enroll in a Payment Plan” plus additional resources.

DEPARMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
Parking Division-Vehicle Permits

Parking Division-Multimodal Transportation Center
The UNI Multimodal Transportation Center, a multi-level transit facility, is located on 23rd Street, just east of Campbell Hall.  Review parking information and the MET Bus schedule and fares at https://publicsafety.uni.edu/parking-division-multimodal-transportation-center

Parking Division-Panther Shuttle

TEXTBOOK LIST 
Access textbook information through University Book & Supply (UBS) at their website, www.panthersupply.com. By agreement with the Northern Iowa Student Government UBS provides textbook information at their website so students can compare with other stores before making final decisions.
