"Graduate education at UNI besides giving me the firm scholarly foundation I needed, enabled me to practice and expand this foundation working closely with professors on different projects, as well as other organizations on campus. All of this made it easier for me to frame my professional career, focusing on a particular issue that was and is still very concerning for me - violence against women, as well as helped me understand the ways I had to go about to work on this field. Now, in Kosovo, among others, I am working on a research paper that focuses on the role and importance of including youth in domestic and gender-based violence prevention programs."
