Teacher Leadership for International Educators (MAE)

Educator in a classroom

FOSTER A COLLABORATIVE SCHOOL CULTURE

The MA program for Teacher Leaders in American International Schools is tailored to accommodate the schedule of K-12 practicing educators in international settings. This program is framed around the Teacher Leader Model Standards (Teacher Leadership Exploratory Consortium). Through coursework and mentorship, our students learn to foster a collaborative school culture, access and use appropriate research to improve learning, increase outreach to families and communities, and promote professional learning. Our graduates are prepared to be effective advocates for students and the teaching profession.
