CONDUCT EFFECTIVE RESEARCH THAT IMPACTS YOUR TEACHING

Designed especially for secondary (6-12) social studies classroom teachers who wish to broaden their knowledge and understanding of the social sciences, this MA program is offered primarily online. The program’s coursework is designed to help teachers improve secondary student learning of social studies in the classroom. Our students develop their knowledge of several subjects encompassing the social sciences, including geography, American history, world history, and psychology. Through engagement with faculty and peers, our graduates learn to conduct effective research that impacts their teaching.
